Speed Work / Conditioning

  • I recognize that training needs are individual – that’s why I offer one-on-one training sessions to help you achieve your goals. 
  • This service is offered to anyone. Kids must be at least 4 years old of age. 
  • Speed training will help athletes become faster and stronger. The goal here is to develop explosive power, a fuller range of motion/flexibility, agility, power, acceleration and it aids with injury prevention. 
  • Conditioning training will involve a few ranges of exercises to develop endurance, mobility and power in your lower extremeties. This helps to deliver more power when running while strenghtening connective tissues and ligaments making you less injury prone.
